The Challenge

Clients had 48 hours to confirm a settlement offer. Only 25% made it through.
We needed to move that number to 45%.

What We Did

We improved the offer UI and UX, increasing confirmations from 25% to 40%.


At that point, progress stalled. We found that ~10% of users intentionally avoided logging in — not due to confusion, but by choice.

Users didn’t need more screens.
They needed one simple way to say “yes.”

I proposed a login-free offer confirmation via a secure, user-specific link and partnered with engineering to ship the solution.
